Transition Extreme

Transition Extreme is a state-of-the-art extreme and urban sports centre. Purpose built as part of Aberdeen City Council’s regeneration programme, the project engaged with the city’s young people to find out what they wanted and worked with them to deliver over and above this. Facilities include a large scale indoor skateboard/BMX park, climbing wall, recreation area, healthy eating café, band practice studios, extreme sports shops, meeting areas and mini cinema for screening outdoor and extreme sports films. The venue is at the leading edge of the UK’s extreme sports and urban culture and enjoys universal appeal.
